@forumfern Yes, I think you might be right, because I contacted the host and they said , there were many HITS from IPs on my website, causing performance issues.
And when Jetpack tried to access certain things, limits have been reached of some sort. Before this 503 error, I had multiple 431 errors too, which was exactly that too. I was visiting my own site quite often, resulting with a lot of hits from the same IP, which I think resulted such behavior and I did not know that would have been a problem.
The other IPs that were getting a lot of hits to the website were blocked (which I am not familiar with). Do you think this might have cause JetPack plugin to result in not working properly?
JetPack is very heavy and autoloads a lot of options too when someone visits my website. I had to check the autoloaded options too which dragged performance down!
From the hosting, suggested to go with more advanced plan of hosting to increase limits, but it appeared and did this to myself in parts.
