Hi again,

I managed to find the cause and solution.

I just reconnected the IG account to the spotlight plugin. However, I still think that these kinds of problems should be handled automatically without users constantly struggling with them. At least before one could consider this plugin to be ready.

Hi, I looked your site today and the thumbnails are again greyed out. However, the videos can bee seen if klicked.

Hi,

I’m having the exactly same problem at my site http://www.jussitamminen.com and at my clients sites http://www.lentokoulu-vfly.fi and http://www.veeratamminen.art. All image thumbnails are grey, but they will be showed in lightbox if klicked. On the other hand, video clips have thumbnails visible. Moreover, the images are not showing in desktop mode in addition to mobile device.
