So it’s a bug in Estonian WordPress release?
Wordpress should be able to handle et_EE.po and et_EE.mo language files.

Resolved.
Language files need to be renamed to et.po and et.mo instead of et_EE.po and et_EE.mo

If you have access to your mySQL database then you could set new password with MD5 Function in wp_users table.
That worked for me.

Somehow got it solved by disabling and enabling plugins.
