Am I missing something?

My php5.ini file looks like this:

upload_max_filesize = 50M
upload_tmp_dir = on
post_max_size = 50m
upload_tmp_dir =/tmp/

I have php 5.5, and I’ve also tried php.ini instead of php5.ini
