Yes, of course. I’m going to try to explain myself better, hopefully this time.

The website uses the Getwid Base theme, in the header there is a search icon.

When I do a search it returns everything it finds in WordPress whether it’s a post, page or widgets. In this particular case if I search for calendar I get the entry, which is correct and also the widgets and a page.

My question is if you can force it to search only the entries. Either in some function of the Getwid Base theme or a block to perform advanced searches.

I hope that this time I have been able to explain myself better and that my doubts are understood. It is something I would like to be able to resolve.

    Hello @dimned

Thanks for the help with the class selection, now it has worked correctly. Sometimes between so many similar classes you end up getting lost.

I hadn’t thought about using the Custom Post Type block, the truth is that it feels good, although I miss the possibility of being able to hide or display information as provided by the Recent Posts block (Display Featured Image, Display Excerpt, Display Date, Display Categories and Display Comments) maybe in a future update could be implemented.

    Thanks for your help.
    Regards
