I’m having a very similar issue. It pops-up the first time. People hit the button “OK” on the pop-up, which takes them to a new page, and the pop-up appears again on that new page, even though the show up X times is set to 1.
How can I customize that email? I want to change the FROM name and email, the subject, and the body.
How can we update this?
This is how it shows up for my recurring donors:
