In reply to: [Pinnacle] Drop Down menu not showing in mobile deviceI am facing two critical issues currently. One is the Mobile Menu which shows three black bars without any text on it and in my Post or Page Editor i am unable to go to my Visual Editor, it is automatically set to Text Editor now and its been three days since i am trying to do that, but for no avail.
I updated the WP version too but nothing happened.Please help

I have few clarifications regarding the free Virtue theme i am currently using:
1. Can I make the Header full width in this theme, like Pinnacle(i used Pinnacle for other website-Fan of Kadence themes). I am using an Autoplay & looped video feature currently to make it more appealing i need full width. if yes, what CSS should be used for the same?
2. How can I reduce the gap between the Logo & header?
3. Is it possible to add text(Title) on the header video & lastly
4. How can i make my Menu & Logo sticky so the even when a visitor scrolls he should see the Menu.thanks in advance.

In reply to: showing an error on the 'Customize' TabYes! I had installed a Plugin called ‘Yellow Pencil’and it was very much compatible with the Theme Zerif Lite. I was just experimenting & i saved it, immediately this error started to show. Immediately i deactivated the Plugin, but the error remained.
