In reply to: [Plugin: Advertising Manager] How To Get Adsense Not To Display On PagesHmm.. Perhaps, if the contact page is written by the ‘admin’ user, and your content is not?
You can limit ad display by author, or you can get rid of ads for ‘pages’, and just show them on ‘posts’.

In reply to: [Plugin: Advertising Manager] 404 pageDepending on the theme, the 404 page may not display the sidebar. All is not lost – you can add an ad to the 404 page by editing the theme. Just put the following code where you want the ad to display:
<?php advman_ad(‘name’); ?>
(where ‘name’ is the name of the ad you want to display)
Good luck, and tell me how it goes!

For the most part, you do not need to touch the Account ID, Partner ID, and Slot ID. Just take the Google Adsense code that you generated from Adsense, and paste it in ad import (‘Ads/Create New’). Advertising Manager will take care of the rest.

In reply to: [Plugin: Advertising Manager] How to wrap post around ad placement?xwindowuser:
You can try to float the ad per gestround’s suggestion – however, your results will vary depending on the type of ad you are showing. I assume that you are using the in-post syntax e.g.:
This is my post content [ad#name] and this is text after the ad.
Text should wrap around the ad if the ad network supports this.

In reply to: [Plugin: Advertising Manager] No color optionsclintbaptiste:
If you are using the newer Google Adsense tags (which I am sure you are), you need to modify colors inside of Google. They do not give out the ability to modify the color externally.

In reply to: [Plugin: Advertising Manager] OpenX Market and Adverting ManagerHi Swaraj,
The checkbox is for OpenX Market – which is integrated inside OpenX Ad Server, but it does not require that OpenX Ad Server is used. The OpenX Market checkbox will check to see which the most profitable ad for the user is, and display that ad.
The OpenX Market functionality inside of Advertising Manager is not functional yet – should be hopefully soon.

In reply to: [Plugin: Advertising Manager] Can’t get ads to display from OpenXIn order to use OpenX zones, follow these instructions:
1. Generate an OpenX zone tag.
2. Past the contents of this tag in Advertising Manager. That’s it!
Now, you can position your OpenX zone easily using Advertising Manager (e.g. as a widget, in your template, or inline with your post), and you can use OpenX’s sophisticated ad selection and delivery for your ads.
Cheers,
Scott
