multiple selection is selected on all of the filters. Is that correct?

So sorry I’ve just figured that it was another plugin – pixel your site – that was causing this problem.

Got it thanks so much it was a conflict with woocommerce product labels – it needed updating so now there’s no conflict with the current version.

Sorry I don’t quite understand your reply. There isn’t a placeholder listed for the image caption, is there html that I can add? If so what would it be?

I’m having exactly the same issue. I’ve added the field to the billing area, it shows up in the checkout but no information is stored in the actual order.
