I have found one solution, Used PHP code and instead of sending user to another URL I have kept him on same page. And this snippet is added in WP using plugin PHP code.

Now it shows message on same page. in this format: {‘error’:’201′,’ID’:’144′,’error_message’:’Lead has been added.’}

How can I change that message to Thank you or Sorry try again? Or simply redirect to other page?

I am trying this way because when we upgrade WP theme, framework or any plugin custom code should not get affected.

And those were working nicely, recently I found that all site looks messed up.

All CSS got misplaced, we haven’t used any plugin for this its just coded in HTML
