Ok, thanks, I’ll keep that in mind. For now, I just disabled any WooCommerce integrations with both my theme and other plugins. Doing so reverted everything to the default settings and solved my problem of the file name not appearing. However, it seems to have broken the ability set image sizes through Customize. I found a workaround, but it was rather painful…hopefully someone will find a better fix one day. Thanks for your help, I’ll mark this as resolved as I have indeed fixed my problem.

User Downloads PageAs you can see, all my customers can see is the name of the product listed three times and a button only labeled ‘Download’. Do you think it could be a theme-related issue? I am using Ocean-WP. Let me know if I can provide any more information. Thanks a bunch.
