Hi Jacob, yes exactly it doesn’t make any sense at all.
One day my client notified me the site was down. I tried to login to wordpress and couldn’t. Error message at http://www.sophies.com.au/wp-admin
Apart from that I have absolutely no idea. With limited technical skills I have run out of options as to even troubleshooting the problem.

Hi Jacob, there is a redirect on the domain name. It was put in place after the site disappeared.
Just wondering if anyone knows any known issues as to how an entire WP site can disappear including the ability to login to the WP dashboard.

Hi Xenos, as I mentioned there is a redirect in place so it’s pointing to another host and site version currently.
The client uses two domains:
http://www.sophies.com.au (the problem in question)
http://www.sofies.com.au (where the redirect is pointing to)
