Thank you Jan for pointing out that I’m in the wrong forum.
To Andrew: I have had a reply from one user who is happy to delete their blank blog in order to free the URL. If they simply delete their blog, will it become available, or will it fall through the cracks and remain frozen? Apparently there are multiple options when deleting a blog.
