That (folder ID) may have been the problem that got me the 400 error, but as I said I’ve since removed the folder name altogether, so that can no longer be the issue. Now it just times out, even when I wait several hours to try it.
Since the backup plugin page clearly says: “Leave empty to save in root folder.” leaving that box empty cannot be the problem, either.
Has anyone out there had a problem with timeout on this plugin?

In reply to: Repeated log-insSadly, there are several posts like yours and I’m in the same boat, but no responses that work. In my case it happened after I switched my wp home page from a subdirectory to root.
It happens for me in Safari, Firefox, and Internet explorer, on any computer I try. If there is a way to submit a bug I guess I will try to do that.

In reply to: Remember me does not remember meI’m in the same boat. In my case, “Remember Me” worked until I moved my front page from a subfolder of my domain to the root of my domain. When I did that, suddenly “remember me” didn’t work anymore. Happens in Firefox, IE, and Safari – all three. So it’s not an issue with my machine or browser, in my opinion.
I thought perhaps I needed a .htaccess file or something, so I put a blank one of those into the directory and gave it 755 permissions, but no luck.
I agree with the other user there seem to be way more questions than answers on these forums. It seems like very few proficient people hang out here compared to some other product forums I’ve seen. But we’ll take whatever info we can get. I’ll keep searching in case the answer is hidden in some other thread.
