Unfortunately, extensive code customization is out of our support scope. This feature is added to our coming PRO version 1.4.0 to give our users more flexibility in managing the visibility of the plugin. It is also tested thoroughly to ensure that this feature is fully compatible and will run smoothly.
If you prefer to use a custom snippet, I’m afraid that you’ll have to ask for assistance from a developer and we recommend someone from Codeable, if you’re interested to hire one!

If the links are redirected to the correct URL when clicked on the front end, it’s usually safe to ignore these error status from our Link Health Checker.
Our Link Health Checker basically detects further redirection that causes the difference between the actual destination URL and the destination URL you’ve entered that’s why it shows as an error. Please keep in mind that it is still a work in progress and you can also read more about this feature here:

Thanks for raising this to us.
It seems that we haven’t updated the info of WooCommerce Wholesale Prices and WooCommerce Wholesale Lead Capture yet. But rest assured that we already have tested our plugins’ compatibility and they are compatible with the latest version of WooCommerce version 3.5.1.
Please note that you can always have a backup of your site before updating if you’re still hesitant to update.

I’m afraid that we don’t have this feature yet where you can remove the Thirsty Affiliate settings from specific user roles like non-admin users.
But fortunately, in our coming Thirsty Affiliates PRO version 1.4.0, we are including this feature where you can manage the plugin’s visibility, like hiding/displaying specific Thirsty Affiliates settings to your user roles.

It seems that you want to run an affiliate program and unfortunately, ThirstyAffiliates is not the right tool for this.
ThirstyAffiliates is a plugin for your affiliates to manage their affiliate links from all of the affiliate programs they belong to (including yours). This plugin allows you to cloak your affiliate links, making them look more pleasing to the eyes as well as enabling you to track the conversion rate of the links throughout your site.
A great tool that will let you run your affiliate program is a plugin called AffiliateWP. It integrates nicely with WooCommerce and can do what you are after with the commissions and payments. It’s a great tool that we usually recommend when this mixup happens.

Also, it would be better if you could provide us with a staging site so that your live site won’t get affected when we do some basic debug like turning your plugins on/off.

Our WooCommerce Wholesale Prices plugin should be compatible with the latest WooCommerce plugin. Unfortunately, I couldn’t reproduce this issue, can you please provide me with the steps on how to reproduce this so I can verify it in my end?
Also, please try to deactivate our plugin and see if the issue still persists. If yes, then it could be a misconfiguration in the setting, outdated versions or a third-party plugin that might’ve produced this issue. I also suggest doing a basic debug by disabling your other plugins and switching your theme to Twenty Seventeen and see if you can find any conflicting plugin/theme.
