Please be aware that I’ve raised this to our developers for further checking and review.
Our Link Fixer should only run once per page, which shouldn’t add significant load time to the page.
In the meantime, you can simply disable the Link Fixer module if you don’t need to use the feature.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble there.
If you’re having a conflict with the cache and our Wholesale Order Form page, please try to exclude the page from the plugin’s caching setting. There should be a setting on the W3TC to exclude specific pages on your site.

Unfortunately, we don’t have a feature/filter that supports redirection based on the current language. But please be aware that our Thirsty Affiliates Pro version has a Geolocation feature where you can insert multiple affiliate links and redirect the user based their country/location.

If doing basic debug such as disabling other plugins and switching your theme to Twenty Seventeen didn’t help, please try deactivating and reactivating the WooCommerce Wholesale Prices plugin.
