I had this issue, form sent, green messsage appeared. but wheel spinning made customers think it was not working. I disabled many plugins including SG with no luck. I resolved by downgrading to CF7 5.32 (the previous version) and the spinning resolved. this issue is also on the CF7 boards which was also resolved with previous build.
