Thank you for the prompt response.
I have tried your steps but in my mega menu, the Icon Box that I use, I have given the text as Label in the Read More wherein the Button is enabled if I deactivate “Enable Button”, then only the Global link option appears but the text disappears along with alignment issues. Please refer screenshots
