I have used the default payment method (by cash on delivery) from woocommerce (https: //www.XXXX/wp-admin/admin.php?Page=wc-settings&tab=checkout§ion=cash_on_delivery).
Hi, I’m also from Germany and have the same problem. The customers order in the shop and choose as payment on delivery (woocommer default cod), but I see in the DHL label widget in the order no button or a check box for the function cash on delivery. I have stored in the plugin settings and the bank data for cash on delivery. Does something have to be activated in the DHL Business Account?
Unfortunately I have many orders with COD. I hope you can help me.
