Glad to hear your thoughts, let me clarify further.
Currently, the default status is Closed, after the ticket has been responded by the Support Agent.
But once you respond to the email or to the ticket from the My Tickets page. It will be visible as responded by the user and we can continue the conversation.
Hope that clarifies. π We are always reachable to our users through our Support Portal.
