I am using explorer 6 while you may be using the latest version i-e explorer 7.
I have applied my own theme on http://www.junkinside.com/ see this as well.

Very much thanks for ur reply but when i change the title it also changes heading of that page.I am using WPAndreas03
1.02.Guide me to change only the title in top blue coloured bar,not on the webpage.
the catagories that you can look are those in which you have added some material so add material then u will see them on your site.
