This is about theme activation but on behalf of my client(I am their web hosting provider).
I have received 4 complaints till now regrading theme activation issue from my clients.
I tried contacting you from https://generatepress.com/contact but the form said its “pre-sale” and if require technical assistance, I will need need client theme purchase details however as per our company policy we cannot ask them.
This is a exceptional case that “our server IP” is blocked by you guys, hence we have to get involved in this case
