did a repair on the database in phpmyadmin, found there was a random record with zero rows that had an issue, dropped the record and the error resolved itself. thanks anyways

What is the cause for this error message to occur in your opinion

Should note the popup is working fine from last edits, just can’t edit. Cannot edit any old popups either.
