Since this is a template issue, do you know of someone who provides an attractive ecommerce website that is compatible with the latest versions of jigoshop and wordpress that won’t break all the time?
I figured as much. I have had issues with this theme from the get-go. I appreciate your weighing in on this.

Thanks for the input. The problem was with the theme and not the plugin. Had the theme creators tech crew get in and make some tweaks, which is why the fields are now displaying.
