Hi Nick,

Seems this thread got busy! My boss had some other priorities so I had to take a break on work on this.

I followed your basic troubleshooting instructions above by:
- Changing theme to “Twenty Fourteen”
- Deactivating all plugins
- Changing all pick list fields to their internal name
I also tried to add the “debug” and “debugEmail” hidden fields (after upgrading to 2.4.4 of course 🙂 ). Despite trying all of the above simultaneously and separately I still can’t seem to capture anything in SFDC. Any suggestions would be helpful and very appreciated! Happy to provide screenshots of whatever you need.

I did a downgrade and everything seemed to go back to normal. I’ll e-mail you with more details.
