HI, i have done all step above 1-2-3, and those from an other troubleshooting,
1. Reset Site Kit (Tools > Available Tools > Reset Site Kit)
2. Attempt Site Kit setup once more (this time not including Google Analytics in the setup process)
3. Check whether you land back successfully on the Site Kit dashboard after set up
Still get 404 page in debug mod look at the link
