I know this is a slightly old thread, but we have now retired the test/test username/password for StreetCheck, as we now require users to generate their own unique combinations instead.
It looks like you are not signed up for an API account, if you are still interested in using our API then you can sign up free at https://www.streetcheck.co.uk/about/api
