Yes, I already use it. It works, it’s nice, the readers dig it. But it’s also very flawed on the admin side of things, so my doubt is when can I expect that coat of polish that inevitably comes along in everything WordPress.
Ever since Automattic announced the acquisition of IntenseDebate, the service hasn’t changed — evolved — much, and I’m sure it will, exactly the same way as other services like Akismet and PollDaddy have.
But I guess I should stop hoping for an answer from the WP staff here, right? Do you know any email I can use to contact them?
Well, I’m running my blog self-hosted, so it’s wp.org, right? So this should be the right place to post, I guess, if I want to be answered by a WP staffer on this matter…
But then again, I’m new around here.
For all I care, a simple email would’ve beeen the best solution. But the “feedback” and “support” links on my blog admin all end up here, so…
