Would like to update you that this support forum is only for Smart Manager Lite users.
With regards to displaying the list of comma-separated titles for custom taxonomies (like Product Categories, Product Tags, etc.) instead of a list of ids, the same has been done as the same was creating issues in the case of the matching titles.
Further, we do have plans to improve the same functionality in future versions of the plugin.

Would like to update you that Smart Manager Lite (i.e. Free Version) is by default accessible to only users with an ‘administrator’ user role.
For enabling Smart Manager to any other WordPress user role (including custom user roles), you would need to upgrade to Smart Manager Pro. Click here for further reference on the same.

We just retested WooCommerce Stock Manager with the latest versions of WordPress [i.e. v5.7.1] and WooCommerce [i.e. v5.2.2] and would like to confirm that it is compatible and works without any issues.

As per your update, it seems that the Smart Manager grid UI is breaking when you are trying to add the 4th column possibly due to some special characters in the same column data.
