Tech support says the maximum execution time is 300 seconds. Perhaps this is a problem, since the tables are not updated at the same time, but with a lag of 2-3 seconds. 100 tables are loaded for 300 seconds, then the update stops working. Tables are loaded in which the shortcode begins with the initial letters of the alphabet. It is not possible to increase the run time above 300 secondsAnother observation. On the import page before, you could see the last update time of each table. “Last Auto Import”. Now there is always a dash. Moreover, some tables are updated, it can be seen from the changes and in the “all tables” tab.
Unfortunately the problem was not solved. Wrote to the technical support of the server, they set the maximum parameters of PHP
php:
max_input_vars – 10000 -> 100000
upload_max_filesize – 32M -> 256M
post_max_size – 32M -> 256M
I have now installed about 600 tables 200-250 of them is updated. When you add a new table, the alphabetical extreme stops updating

By the way my problem could be solved if it was possible to choose the frequency of import selection for each file separately. I will have 1000 tables and only 20 of them need to be updated once a day, the rest is enough once a week or even a month. But we have to update everything once a day.
Thanks a lot for the tip. Indeed the problem was in server. Wrote to technical support and they increased the PHP configuration value max_input_vars 10 times. Everything works now. Thank you!

Yes automatic import of periodic tables. But the fact is that it does not just unload the data, namely removes the check mark from the cell active in the plugin. The server itself can not remove the checkboxes in the plugin
