How do i create it manually?
This happened after I kept getting a parse error message and I asked someone on dreamhost to fix it. That person put my theme into default and now I am missing all my plug-ins and my wp-content page.
Thanks for responding, I’m trying to figure out how to change the permissions using the link you gave but where do I go to change all these permissions?
