Update, I re-installed version 2.1.1 and regained my custom css, and the warning at the top of the page disappeared. Tried to update by downloading the newest version of the theme and manually uploading it, same problems occurred… has anyone been able to make the update work?
I was going to ask the same question. My site – camtechcustom.com – has this plugin as a dealer registration form for shopping discounts and I do not get an email notification when the form is filled out. What can I do to correct this error?
