I fixed it! I had to update the bootstrap.min.js file in my Art Day theme, under assets -> plugins -> bootstrap -> js

I am also suffering from the same problem on my site http://www.scotttezlaf.com. I have tried disabling plugins but I have not been able to resolve the issue, which also continues to persist with the use of another theme.
