I have access to another cloud server (cloudways) where I have a number of WP installs. It has always been very solid hosting. I created another instance there and migrated the same file to it via all-in-one. It has the exact same issue…white editor window fields in wp-admin. So I am sure the problem is somewhere within the migration file or settings and not on the server itself.

define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '500M');and the whole site broke. I changed the code, refreshed the page and the entire page was just blank and white.
Did it matter where in wp config I pasted it?
