Let me try this again. when I launch WP I get the error message. When I select a menu option on the left or top the “Doing Something Icon” spins a few times and the error messages stays on the landing page.
I can’t select the “Plugins” (Error). I can’t select “Add Plugins” (Error). Only a couple of things work like getting to the forum and “Edit with WPBakery”.
Still looking for an answer.
