Can I dynamically create a list of recent posts from another website that isn’t using a WordPress theme?
It turns out that 10:32 AM was hardcoded in the index.php file. Why, I don’t know. I just pasted <?php the_time() ?> where it said 10:32 AM and everything works fine.
