    The problem is a conflit one with your theme or another plugin
    you will need to delet the plugin and all fils to that plugin then may reinsall the theme this should work. the trick is to recall what and when

    eg- when the theme work well what was added and when it fail to work and then delet the plugin that failed the theme

    and after i put in my login info i get this
