I noticed that there isn’t a permalink link on the posts, either. Would that be in the index.php file as well? And what do I need to add to it to put the permalink there?

To look so good, this template sure has issues.
The comments show in a real narrow column down the middle of the page. Further, even though I use comment moderation, the comments STILL show up on the blog with “awaiting moderation” text included.
In IE, the comments box breaks the blog layout.
Anyone who wants to take a stab at straightening this mess out will certainly be appreciated.

And since the comments are not working at all, would there be a missing call for comments on every page?
