When I do the server compatibility check in WP, I am missing “Imagick Installed” – is that my issue?

In reply to: [Memphis Documents Library] Files not downloading?The issue is coming up with all file types – pdf and doc files are the most common I have. In Firefox v. 50.0.1 it gives me the error message I posted. In Chrome it downloads the file and then Adobe Acrobat Pro XI v. 11.0.19 says “Acrobat could not open [filename.pdf] because it is either not a supported file time or because the the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn’t correctly decoded). But I have heard of this issue from a range of users, so it’s not machine-specific. Word says that the doc file cannot be opened because there are problems with its contents.
