Yes this is the right plugin
On the web, downloads are fine but on mobile, the file shows something like this: http://yoursite.com/anaconda.mp3; with the semi colon at the end of the url, and such it won’t allow the mp3 to play on mobile phones. I checked to see if it was from my theme, but it wasn’t.
