Can anyone tell me where I should place the code for Statcounter on to my blog????? Are there any special steps to be taken, api keys etc that I need to do first or can I just splice it in somewhere.

Has anyone come up with solution to getting an api key? I have a wp blog on another server and the idea of getting a seperate account on wp just for an api key is going to get confusing. is there not a way to get registered and keyed with my current blog?
