Thanks to all, I could manage to solve the problem by inserting the net price with 3 numbers after the decimal place.
It appears on the invoice that is sent to the customer (approx. 80 are out already). Can I disactivate the rounding?

I enter the prices including VAT. It works fine with the product, but not with the shipping fee.
