Js script was the right hint. It seems to be a problem with Firefox 51.0.1 and js script at 64bit. With IE 11 i can edit title and description.

Sry, i mean the title and description of single images. If i am adding images into a gallery in limb gallery, the filename become title of this image. I want to change this title and ad a description to show it in lightbox. If i click on the edit-button on the thumbnail in a gallery in limb gallery, it is not possible to click the cursor into the editing box. It is the same at Youtube videos.
