Yes, I have since deactivated and removed the plugin. I am still encountering the same problems.
I have since also tested this on multiple other computers and this issue seems to be related to my computer specifically. I’m currently working to determine if it is perhaps permission-related within my office environment since some of the office computers I tested are on the same network as I am and I have even used the same physical connections that they were using without any luck.
