Hi Collins,
Thanks for coming back to me. Actually it had been working previously with Learndash. I uninstalled Buddypress, purged the database and then re-installed it and then it seemed to work fine with your plugin. So it was some bug or setting inside of Buddypress which had caused the problem. All working fine now however.
Many thanks.
Ray
Okay thanks. Done
Kind regards,
Ray

In reply to: [Video Conferencing with Zoom] getting error message meeting id invalidHi,
I tried that shortcode above. It comes up with the following.
Note: If you are having trouble joining the meeting below, enter Meeting ID: xxxxxxxxxxxx and join via Zoom App.
Join via Zoom App
Download App from Store
Download from ZoomThis is not going to work for me. I need to embed the zoom meeting inside a page. I do not want to give them the option to use the zoom app etc. They go to the page. The webinar plays and that’s it. I have calls to action for them to take and therefore they have to stay on the webpage.
That means the original shortcode I gave you above is a better one. Obviously if the same meeting ID works in the code you suggested, this would suggest that the meeting ID is not invalid.
So are we looking at a plugin conflict here? Any other suggestions?Kind regards,
Ray

In reply to: [MC4WP: Mailchimp User Sync] S2 Member custom capabilities to MailchimpHI Marc,
Yes exactly that. I’ve got that set up, one list several segments or groups. Getting people automatically into those segments is the challenge! 🙂
Thanks again,
Soraya

In reply to: [MC4WP: Mailchimp User Sync] S2 Member custom capabilities to MailchimpHi Marc,
Thanks for coming back to me, again, very quick. Ok great re s2member. And yes I could do that, but that has to be done manually which defeats the point of automating it in the first place. That’s why I want to be able to segment it as they sign up.
If anything else comes to mind. Do let me know.
Many thanks,
Soraya

In reply to: [MC4WP: Mailchimp User Sync] S2 Member custom capabilities to MailchimpHi Marc,
Thanks so much for the super quick reply. I really appreciate it. I am not actually using s2member however. I have another plugin wp symposium that acts as the membership site. I have got wordpress to mailchimp and user synch (Add on) and they work great to go into the mailing list but just not into the individual group within the list. Do you think this plugin would still work or is it specifically for s2member?
Many thanks,
Soraya

In reply to: [MC4WP: Mailchimp User Sync] S2 Member custom capabilities to MailchimpHi Just to further from this comment thread. I am having the same problem but am not a coder. I would have no idea how to use or modify custom code or where to put it for that matter. Is there an easier way to do this? Or is this something you can add into your next update?
Many thanks,
Soraya
