Free plugin does not have invoice feature. It is part of the pro feature.

After activation of plugin it will not generate tax classes.
You need to go to WooCommerce > Settings > WooGST & configure tax classes and other settings.
Once tax classes are generated, you can apply appropriate tax class to each product.

You have given the wrong screenshots.
Please select appropriate tax slab 5%, 10%, 12%, 18% or 28% from tax options & then compare with this settings:

Can you please share the tax settings generated for any of the tax slab generated via our plugin?
E.g.

GST Tax calculation does not alter for guest vs logged in user from WooGST plugin. There must be some other plugin conflicting on website.
Please troubleshoot by disabling other plugins (except WooCommerce & WooGST)
Also make sure your tax slab does not have any other entries other than this:
http://prntscr.com/qkinifMH is state code for Maharashtra. Replace it with your State code. This should apply to all tax slabs. Replace 18% with your specific tax slab.
