Please verify your tax settings for any tax slab. It should only contain these 3 rows.
https://prnt.sc/xrgh9kNote: You need replace MH with your store state. I think in your case it should be GJ if your base state is Gujarat.
Or else you can simply delete the existing tax rows or slabs and regenerate by saving WooGST Setting found under WooCommerce -> Settings.

Tax classes should be auto generated when you save the taxes from GST settings tab under WooCommerce Settings.
If you are still facing issue, you can update plugin to our latest version & verify once.
HSN code is only for recording purpose & does not impact on tax classes. GST Tax bifurcation happens based on the Store state & State mentioned in customer’s Shipping Address.

As we mentioned you over the support ticket, you are requesting an feature which is out of scope based on feature list we committed on the site. There are feature many requests we receive from our customers. We are continuously updating our plugin with new features as per market requirement with respective demand & priority.
If there are any features or customization require by customer before our usual plugin roadmap then we do provide that service with additional cost based on client requirement.

Our plugin is currently not compatible with any multivendor plugin. However we are in process of making new plugin which will be compatible with popular multivendor plugin on WordPress marketplace. We will reach you as soon as we are ready for Dokan.
