One recent discovery and clue for you is that it works on most versions of Internet Explorer, but not Safari and even some mobile devices which I’ve tested.
When you developed your plugin did you test with chrome, safari, firefox, etc.. ?

Just installed this last night and will un-installing it just as fast.
Without supporting multiple widgets it is limited from being able to appear on custom home pages, and custom footers.. you can place it on a blog page widget and that’s it.
“Simple Subscribe Mail” allows multiple placement of subscribe forms so looks like I will have to use that.
