In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Orders Stuck at PendingWell, it has been 3 hours since I last heard from the tech support person that is helping me. Is there someone/ anyone that can help me get this resolved today? PLEASE …not only do I need to get my site back up and customers satisfied, but I have to be able to take my husband to the hospital for surgery in 2 days. I’m getting super frustrated and don’t feel like I am being taken seriously. Sorry, I know I am back in the free support site but you seem to be more responsive.

I have a lot of people upset at us right now, and also in a time crunch, as my husband goes in for major surgery this week. My apologies if my anxiety came across as rude. I am just super frustrated and very much looking forward to having this behind me! Thanks again

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Orders Stuck at PendingI asked while chatting on Friday if support was open on Saturday and was told yes, with a reduced crew but my ticket would be marked high priority. Also, I did get a reply to my ticket on Saturday morning. All of that led me to believe there would be activity on my ticket on Saturday. Because of that, I canceled my plans for the weekend and sat expectantly by the computer waiting so I would be available to answer any questions. Plus, because of that I led customers to believe it might be resolved this weekend.
I realize this channel is for non-paid subscribers. But since it is getting response on the weekend, and as you stated paid support is closed on the weekend, I thought I would try whatever method I could so I can move past this. My apologies for polluting the free support channel with my premium issues.
