Sorry for the late reply, I don’t check here often for comments (but will do in the future).

I’ve just released a new version, 1.3, which should be a little more clearer. Essentially I had split permissions up between Administrator and Gatekeeper – the installer of the plugin is given admin only, which is why you didn’t see the form or some of the other options.

This has now changed so that when you upgrade / install you are given both admin and gatekeeper. This can be still changed after install, but I think should make it better for people.

I’ll also cobble together some better instructions on the plugins use; however I hope people should find it easier to use now that permissions have been improved.
